Livery Services

Mells Farm offers well maintained and affordable livery on the outskirts of the pretty rural village of Messingham in North Lincolnshire.

We offer DIY Stable and Grass Livery or individual paddocks as well as a wide range of equestrian services.

All Hay and Straw is provided along with automatic water troughs and all electric fencing throughout.

Our Riding School

One of the largest riding schools in the area! Almost competition sized, our floodlit arena uses shadowless technology and has a rubberised surface which is regularly raked and topped up.

A range of adjustable jumps are also available as part of our livery services.

The Lunge Pen

Next to the stables we have a full sized Lunge Pen for use by our clients. Fenced off and gated and located in a sheltered and quiet area.

Cross Country Track

Over a mile of cross country riding

Unique Cross Country Track

Directly accessible from the yard is over a mile of cross country track available for use all year round. With optional jumps and away from the roads, our cross country track is unique to the area and extremely popular with our novice and experienced clients directly accessible from our livery yard.
